Ingredients for Suji Upma
Rava / Sooji (Semolina) - 1/2 cup
Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 inch
Onion(chopped) - 1
Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 1/2 teaspoon
Green Chillies(slit) - 1
Black mustard seeds/ Rai - 1 teaspoon
Urad Daal - 1 teaspoon
Channa Daal - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Ghee - 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
